Mineralogicamente é constituída por plagioclásio, K-feldspato e quartzo como a assembélia félsica e dominante, biotita como principal máfico, e opacos, granada e apatita como demais acessórios. Extinção ondulante em feldspatos e quebramento de suas maclas, além de extinção ondulante em quartzo, são indicativos de deformação pós-cristalização.",
