    "NOTAS" : "Ignimbrito riolítico compactado. \r\nApresenta 10% de fenocristais de: plagioclásio, opacos; e 90% de matriz de material félsico, epidoto+biotita, titanita, sericita, calcita, apatita. \r\n\r\nRocha porfirítica, com fenocristais de plagioclásio, de 0,1 a 1,5 mm, imersos em matriz micro a criptocristalina de aspecto fluidal. Os fenocristais de plagioclásio variam de idiomórficos a fragmentários e geralmente mostram corrosão nas bordas ou internamente, sendo recobertos por pontuações de sericita, carbonato, epidoto e uma biotita? (ou argilo-mineral?) marron esverdeada, finíssima. Pequenos fenocristais de opacos rodeados por titanita, e possíveis fenocristais máficos (?) já totalmente substituídos por epidoto e biotita?, também ocorrem. A matriz é dominantemente félsica, micro a criptocristalina. Seu aspecto fluidal deve-se à presença de shards  e pedaços de púmice bastante achatados, pressionados contra os fenocristais e definindo linhas que parecem ser de fluxo através da matriz. Epidoto e biotita? concentram-se em algumas destas linhas. Agulhas de apatita são relativamente freqüentes.",
