Os cristais mais desenvolvidos, com até 5 mm de tamanho, são plagioclásios maclados, fortemente zonados, com alteração moderada a forte para sericita e epidoto. Cristais maiores de hornblenda verde-marron, idiomórfica, alterada para clorita; de microclínio xenomórfico, inalterado; e de biotita muito alterada para clorita, epidoto e titanita, também ocorrem. Entre os cristais maiores há plagioclásio, máficos finos, quartzo arredondado por corrosão, e microclínio e quartzo formando arranjos micrográficos. Opacos, titanita, epidoto e apatita são ainda observados.",
