Processos de alteração são frequentes nos feldspatos, notadamente saussuritzação e carbonatação no plagioclásio. As biotitas definem no geral uma boa orientação na lâmina, e extinção ondulante no quartzo e nos feldspatos indicam deformação pós-cristalização.",
